The 2024 Kuumba Festival, a celebration of African American culture and heritage presented through art, music, dance, food, and community, will be held on Saturday, Sept. 28th at the IEJ Community Center in Laurinburg. The Festival serves to expose all people to the talents and contributions of the African American culture.
The Laurinburg Farmers Market is open for business. The market is held monthly from April to October. The final market for the year will be held on Saturday, October 26th and will be held on Main Street as part of the annual Halloween Festival.
