The 2023 Kuumba Festival, a celebration of African American culture and heritage presented through art, music, dance, food, and community, will be held on Saturday, Sept. 30th at the IEJ Community Center in Laurinburg. The Festival serves to expose all people to the talents and contributions of the African American culture.
